Information We Collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, firm name, role, company type, and any message you provide. This information is processed by Formspree and delivered to DVP for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Platform Data
The DVP platform is Azure-hosted. Documents you submit are processed using the OpenAI API with data retention disabled (store: false) — your documents are never used to train AI models. Platform deployments are designed to support isolated client storage, encryption at rest (AES-256), encrypted transport (TLS 1.2+), audit logging, daily encrypted backups, and deletion upon written request. Specific retention and deletion terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Microsoft Azure (platform hosting, storage, backups), Microsoft 365 / Graph (email processing), OpenAI (document analysis with data retention disabled), Formspree (contact form processing), and Netlify (marketing website hosting). Each service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. We do not share information with advertisers. If analytics (Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, Google Analytics) are added later for outbound-campaign measurement, this notice will be updated and a banner will be added where required.
Data Retention & Deletion
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Platform data retention is set during onboarding based on the client's preferences. All data — contact information, documents, and analysis records — can be permanently deleted upon written request.
